Mérieux NutriSciences has recognized the need for a comprehensive and flexible professional development program specifically designed for those working at each level in the food industry.  We’ve taken the guesswork out of what you need know.

What is the Mérieux NutriSciences' Food Safety and Quality Professional program? It is a collection of specially curated eLearning and live instructor-led courses.  This three-tiered professional development program was designed with the specific goal of training both the current and next generation of food safety and quality professionals and help them to advance in their careers.

  • Level I courses are geared towards those who are new to the food industry or are working as line technicians. They cover the general basics of food safety and quality.
  • Level II courses are geared towards those who are new in their supervisory roles and those looking to further their knowledge and move to the next level in their careers.
  • Level III courses are geared towards those who are on the managerial track, either aspiring to be managers in their companies or looking to further their knowledge and move to the next level in their careers.

All courses can be taken as your schedule allows. You will have 1 year to complete level 1 and 2 years to complete levels II and III.
